犬心肌特異性肌鈣蛋白T(cTnT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14377c）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的cTnT含量。cTnT即心肌肌鈣蛋白T，在心肌損傷檢測方面意義重大。正常時血液中含量極低，心肌受損時釋放入血。研究機制主要通過檢測其在血液中的含量變化，來評估心肌損傷的程度和范圍，是診斷急性心肌梗死等疾病的關鍵指標。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，在心血管疾病機制研究、心臟毒性評估及動物模型中具有重要科研價值；適用于探索犬類心臟疾病模型、藥物干預對心肌的影響或心肌相關分子機制研究。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
