小鼠血纖蛋白原降解產物(FDP)酶聯免疫試劑盒（CSB-E07941m）為競爭法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的FDP含量。FDP即果糖二磷酸，它在細胞能量代謝等方面有重要作用。其背景為機體糖代謝的中間產物。研究機制上，它能調節糖代謝中多種酶活性，增加細胞內高能磷酸鍵和三磷酸腺苷含量，提高細胞對缺氧、缺血耐受性，利于細胞功能恢復。試劑盒檢測范圍為1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，常用于心血管疾病、腫瘤轉移或炎癥反應等機制研究，適用于評估小鼠模型中溶栓治療效果、血栓形成動態監測或纖維蛋白代謝相關研究，為纖溶系統調控及抗凝藥物開發提供可靠的實驗工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產品具體參數及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse FDP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
