ALPI
ALPI，全稱(chēng)為腸道堿性磷酸酶，是一種廣泛存在于人體腸道黏膜的酶類(lèi)物質(zhì)。該蛋白在維持腸道健康方面發(fā)揮著重要作用，主要參與脂多糖的解毒和預(yù)防腸道細(xì)菌移位的過(guò)程。研究表明，ALPI可能與糖尿病、高血脂等代謝性疾病相關(guān)。美國(guó)弗吉尼亞聯(lián)邦大學(xué)的研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)，ALPI的過(guò)表達(dá)可以通過(guò)維持腸道黏蛋白層的完整性來(lái)改善腸屏障功能，從而降低腸道疾病的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。此外，ALPI還與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，如炎癥性腸病、腸癌等。目前，針對(duì)ALPI蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在抗炎、抗腫瘤等領(lǐng)域，并取得了一定的進(jìn)展。例如，晶泰科技孵化企業(yè)希格生科開(kāi)發(fā)的全球首款彌漫性胃癌靶向藥SIGX1094R，就是基于ALPI蛋白的靶點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研發(fā)的，該藥物已獲美國(guó)FDA孤兒藥資格認(rèn)定與快速通道認(rèn)定，目前正在北京大學(xué)腫瘤醫(yī)院開(kāi)展I期臨床試驗(yàn)。隨著對(duì)ALPI蛋白研究的深入，未來(lái)有望為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供更多新的策略和手段。
