AMBRA1
AMBRA1，即自噬和Beclin 1調(diào)節(jié)器1，別名DCAF3、WDR94。它是一種由人類(lèi)基因編碼的蛋白，屬于自噬調(diào)節(jié)因子，在自噬體的形成過(guò)程中扮演重要角色。AMBRA1的作用機(jī)制涉及激活GTPase結(jié)合活性和泛素蛋白酶結(jié)合活性，參與巨自噬作用、正調(diào)節(jié)磷酸肌醇3-激酶活性，并響應(yīng)線(xiàn)粒體去極化。AMBRA1位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)中，并與線(xiàn)粒體共定位，是多系統(tǒng)萎縮的生物標(biāo)志物。AMBRA1參與控制蛋白周轉(zhuǎn)、神經(jīng)發(fā)育、細(xì)胞生存和增殖，與腫瘤進(jìn)展密切相關(guān)，其表達(dá)水平預(yù)測(cè)黑色素瘤對(duì)MAPK抑制劑的耐藥性，并且與神經(jīng)管缺陷有關(guān)。
