CDC42
CDC42，全稱(chēng)為細(xì)胞分裂周期蛋白42（Cell Division Cycle 42），是一種小三磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷（GTP）酶，也被稱(chēng)為Rho GTP酶。該蛋白在細(xì)胞骨架重構(gòu)、黏附功能中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，幫助癌細(xì)胞依附血管壁并通過(guò)血液擴(kuò)散至其他部位。CDC42蛋白參與多種生理過(guò)程，如細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、增殖、活力、極性等，并在多種惡性腫瘤中呈現(xiàn)高表達(dá)，與腫瘤的發(fā)生、侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。研究表明，CDC42可能成為腫瘤治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。此外，CDC42蛋白還在其他疾病中發(fā)揮作用，如缺血性腦卒中、特發(fā)性肺纖維化等，提示其在神經(jīng)損傷和肺部疾病中的重要性。目前，針對(duì)CDC42蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在積極進(jìn)行中，旨在通過(guò)調(diào)控其活性來(lái)治療相關(guān)疾病。
