CHGA
嗜鉻粒蛋白A是CHGA基因表達的蛋白，全名Chromogranin A，常見別名CGA。它廣泛存在于神經內分泌細胞與神經細胞中，能參與生成血管活性腸肽、嗜鉻粒蛋白衍生肽等多種活性物質，這些物質可調節血管張力、激素分泌等生理過程。
臨床中，它是神經內分泌腫瘤的重要標志物——嗜鉻細胞瘤、胃腸胰神經內分泌腫瘤患者體內其水平常顯著升高，可用于疾病診斷與病情監測。此外，它和高血壓、心力衰竭等心血管疾病也有關聯，部分患者體內含量會出現異常變化。藥物研發方面，基于它的檢測試劑盒已用于臨床腫瘤篩查；針對它的靶向藥物處于早期研發階段，希望通過調節相關生理過程，為神經內分泌腫瘤或心血管疾病提供新的治療思路。

Western blotting analysis using chromogranin A antibody. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with chromogranin A antibody and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody respectively.
