INHBC
INHBC,全稱為抑制素βC亞基,屬于轉化生長因子β超家族成員,常被簡稱為INH-βC。它多與其他亞基結合形成二聚體,在體內參與激素分泌的平衡調控,尤其對生殖系統的激素調節有影響,比如作用于卵泡刺激素的釋放,維持生殖功能的正常運轉。
INHBC表達異常可能關聯多種疾病。多囊卵巢綜合征患者體內其水平常出現波動,可能干擾卵巢排卵;在卵巢癌、子宮內膜癌等生殖系統腫瘤中,它的表達量也可能發生改變,與腫瘤的發生發展存在一定聯系。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發還在早期階段,主要探索其作為疾病標志物的潛力,以及開發靶向它的候選藥物用于相關疾病治療,但尚未有上市藥物。
