LMP1
LMP1，即大分子多肽1，別名LMP-1、CD340。它是一種由EB病毒（Epstein-Barr virus, EBV）編碼的膜蛋白，屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員。LMP1在EBV感染的B淋巴細胞中表達，其作用機制涉及激活多條信號通路，包括NF-κB、JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT等，從而促進細胞的存活、增殖和抗凋亡。LMP1對EBV相關腫瘤的促進作用，如霍奇金淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌等。LMP1的表達有助于病毒逃避宿主的免疫監視，促進病毒的持續感染和腫瘤細胞的存活，是EBV相關腫瘤研究和治療的重要靶點。
