TGFB1
TGFB1，即轉化生長因子β1，別名DPD1、LAP等，是一種多功能細胞因子，具有廣泛的生物學功能，包括調控細胞生長、增殖、分化、凋亡、細胞運動、細胞外基質產生、血管生成和細胞免疫反應。TGFB1在許多生理和病理過程中發揮作用，如組織修復、胚胎發育、免疫調節以及腫瘤發生。其生物學意義在于通過Smad依賴和非依賴途徑，調節多種細胞過程，影響細胞行為和組織穩態。TGFB1的異常信號傳導與多種疾病的發生發展有關，包括腫瘤、纖維化疾病、心血管疾病和免疫性疾病等，TGFB1及其信號通路是生物醫學研究的重要靶點。

IHC image of CSB-PA07309A0Rb diluted at 1:600 and staining in paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
