The purity of VLPs was greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC

Untransfected HEK293T cells (green line) and transfected Human TSHR HEK293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-TSHR antibody (CSB-RA025131MA1HU) (2μg/1*10⁶cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
