This kit is specific to dog samples. It is not suggested to be used to test other species.
Capture antibody is mouse monoclonal antibody and immunogen is 293 cell-derived recombinant protein(full length).
Detection antibody is goat polyclonal antibody and immunogen is 293 cell-derived recombinant protein(fragment).
Standard is 293 cell-derived recombinant protein. Sorry we can not disclose the sequence.
